“Magic” featuring Wayne Kawamoto a full-time, professional magician who has performed for the Los Angeles Dodgers and regularly appears (and disappears) at Hollywood’s Magic Castle. He performs hundreds of shows each year and does magic for private parties, corporate events as well as in restaurants and bars.
Wayne is the author of a beginner’s magic book entitled "Picture Yourself as a Magician" and the New York Times employs him as its magic editor at Magic.About.com. He grew up in Altadena attending Edison Elementary, Elliot Junior High School, John Muir High School and Pasadena City College. |

PROCEEDS BENEFIT: Celebrating 32 years of Women At Work! In today’s world everything is “about jobs.” The request for services and resources has been overwhelming at Women At Work where service demand in 2010 increased by 55%. Each month more than 500 clients use their services, which clearly demonstrates a need for their service, and is addressing a real need for the unemployed and underemployed in today’s economy. Women At Work helps clients recognize and attain their full employment and earning potential through one-on-one counseling, classes, mentoring and corporate partnerships. Programs are open to both women and men. The work is even more critical considering today’s economy. |
