Ron is an ESL teacher for the Long Beach Unified School District and has been teaching for over 20 years. He created the only web enhanced language learning class in the district and continues to refine the online learning process for his students. He has recieved two Promising Practice awards from CASAS. He has been on the OTAN State Technology Planning Committee and has presented at several local and state CATESOL conferences. He is a self-taught student on developing web pages, which he had to learn while taking an online master class at Pepperdine University. Since then, he has been improving his web skills and has been helping others develop their own web pages. His strengths are his abilities to plan and organize.
